We had an amazing vacation at Bali Palms, returning for the second time and enjoying the breathtaking views from our studio overlooking the pool and ocean. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, with a lovely balcony. One downside was that the earthquake didn't wake me up, but it could be a little noisy at times. The staff were truly wonderful and made our stay more special. The location is perfect for exploring East Bali. Overall, the resort offers fantastic value for money with its amenities and dining options.

I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful honeymoon suite with an amazing ocean view, but the water pressure in the shower was a bit lacking. The housekeeping was exceptionally fast and efficient, and the staff were incredibly attentive, making my experience enjoyable.
